About

Through the first two decades of his career in Landscape Architecture, Matt has led the design and delivery of numerous nationally and internationally recognized projects across both public and private sectors. His experience spans a wide range of project types, including parks, plazas, waterfronts, commercial developments, office buildings and campuses, multifamily and single-family residential communities, transit routes and stations, academic institutions, sports and entertainment districts, streetscapes, and public realm improvements.

Matt has contributed to all phases of project development, from early visioning and master planning through detailed design and construction administration. While his portfolio is broad and diverse, his primary focus is on design-driven projects throughout the eastern seaboard of the United States.  He believes exceptional design should inform every phase of a project, combining functional purpose with an inspirational and aspirational vision.

Matt is a registered Landscape Architect in the State of North Carolina. He actively participates in organizations including ULI, ASLA, and AIA, and serves as a guest lecturer at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden and Farmingdale State College.
